Frances S. Carcione
Frances S. Carcione, 84, of 22 Hazzard St., Jamestown, died at 12:40 p.m. Friday (January 21, 2011) at her residence. She was born in Jamestown on October 11, 1926 the daughter of Charles and Mary Rose Guiffreda Carcione.
Frances was employed at the former Chautauqua Hardware as a polisher for forty years. She was previously employed at the former Grant's Department Store.
She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church and a member of the Altar & Rosary Society.
She is survived by several cousins in Jamestown and Ohio. She was preceded in death by a brother Anthony R. Carcione.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Hubert Funeral Home And Cremation Services. Deacon Michael Lennon of St. James Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the funeral service.
