Dear Kathy, May Peace and All Good be with you and your family during this your time of loss. I will remember your Father and your family at Mass this Morning here in Boston. In the words of St Francis, "...and it is in dying that we are born into eternal life." The Easter Season, which we are celebrating, reminds us of just that essence, Eternal Life with the Father. May Holy Consolation find its place in all your hearts, though heavy with pain, the peace which comes from faith can assure you of Jesus' promise "that he who believes, though he were dead, shall live forever in my kingdom". Quaesumus, Domine, pro tua pietate miserere animae famulae tuae Frank, et a contagiis mortalitatis exutam, in aeternae salvationis partem restitue. Per Christum Dominum nostrum. Amen. ("We ask you O Lord in your loving kindness, have mercy on the soul of your servant Frank. Now that he is set free from this mortal flesh, give to him, his heritage of everlasting salvation Through Christ our Lord.") Rev.Deacon Albert J Oneto, osf (Order of St Francis)

Seldom in my life time have I encountered such a person as my friend Frank, a person endowed with integrity, dependability and a deep sense of duty to his America. I am privileged to have known and associated with Frank and his family. Unknowingly, his friendship has influenced my life (and I am sure the lives of others) for the better. His kind words, straight from the shoulder obserations, and gentleness was indeed worthy of emulation. Frank is physically gone but he will always be present in my heart. May his soul rest in Peace - the Peace only God can give.
